Job Description
This unique opportunity requires an experienced General Manager with a strong ability to foster collaborative relationships with all stakeholders. The role is for a true service professional with sophistication and a personal approach to service. Key to success will be to lead a team of experts in their field with a focus on innovative and creative flair in Food and Beverage.
Qualifications
Visionary leader with a strong background in luxury hotels.Charismatic ambassador for the property, setting the highest standards of personal presentation.Must be able to uphold the reputation of the property through a quality-driven, guest-focused approach.Strong operational, highly organised leader who is visible in the business and enjoys interacting with guests. In addition, you will be skilled at building relationships with stakeholders.Dynamic, approachable leader who leads by example, inspiring colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence.Passionate about team engagement and proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of experienced professionals.Previous General Manager experience is key within Australia.We are far more than a worldwide leader.
