This executive position is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of four hospitals – Wollongong, Shellharbour, Bulli, and Coledale – with a combined budget of $580 million and a bed base of 727. Reporting to the Executive Director of Clinical Operations, the General Manager will oversee all services provided across these hospitals, ensuring that operations align with the district's strategic goals. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a key role in the exciting development of the new $700 million Shellharbour Hospital, a landmark project set to elevate healthcare services in the region.

An attractive remuneration package within the range of $234,837 to $258,940 per annum, with annual performance reviews, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
