Skills and experience To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Proven experience of 2+ years in a similar roleExposure to managing teams of staff in high-pressure environmentsA focus on delivering the highest standards of presentation, product, and overall customer experienceStrong business acumen including knowledge and ownership of the business's financial performanceThe ability to develop your staff in all aspects of their role including product knowledge, customer interactions, and specific service skills while fostering an enviable culture amongst your teamExperience and understanding of hospitality systems including POS, accounting software, and reporting toolsSound knowledge of Liquor & Gaming compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
