Renowned for our wines, exquisite cocktails, and a menu that matches the elegance of our establishment, we strive to provide an unforgettable atmosphere / experience for our loyal clientele. Job Description:We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of dedicated professionals, including front-of-house staff, bartenders, and kitchen staff.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Maintain high standards of service, ensuring that all guests receive a personalized and memorable dining experience.- Oversee the ordering and inventory management of high-end wines, spirits, and ingredients.- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and update a menu that reflects the latest culinary trends and satisfies the expectations of our sophisticated clientele.- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume venue or similar establishment.- Strong knowledge and passion for wines, cocktails, excellent food and wonderful entertainment.- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.- Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management and budgeting.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.- A creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
