The role is the operational leader for the Funds Finance function, including managing and driving the delivery of financial analysis, performance and reporting across the Group's $40 billion funds management platform comprised of unlisted funds, joint ventures, mandates and satellite listed vehicles (DXC and DXI) across the real estate and infrastructure sectors.As General Manager, Funds Finance, the key responsibilities are as follows:Leadership: Shape team culture and ensure engagement and resourcing for a team of ~40. Member of key leadership groups.Stakeholder Engagement: Lead business support for Funds Finance, ensuring effective partnerships and communication with senior stakeholders.Governance: Oversee scalable and efficient financial reporting systems, policies, and processes.
