They are an award-winning organisation for business innovation, service excellence, diversity and inclusion, and are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to complement their Senior Leadership team, with proven history of success leading growth businesses.Your key responsibilities will include:Strategic & Proactive Leadership: Develop and execute a robust strategic plan to deliver on significant growth goals for the fleet division.Customer Service: Maintain corporate customer satisfaction, engagement and relationship management.Customer Acquisition & Proactive Growth Management: Lead the sales process for significant contract opportunities.Fleet Operations: Oversee the cost-effective acquisition of mobile assets and monitor fleet performance metrics.Leadership: Lead leaders, promoting a 'servant leader' environment.Vendor Management: Strengthen relationships with existing vendors and suppliers.Budget Management: Manage the P&L for the division, ensuring effective cost control.What you will bring to the role:Fleet Expertise: A background in fleet financing is desirable.Vendor Management: Experience managing financier relationships and various vendor relationships.Proven Growth Success: Success in scaling businesses and achieving revenue targets.P&L Management Experience: Full ownership of profit and loss.A Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities and execute plans.Client-Centric Approach: Strong account management skills.Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.What's in it for you?
