About the role Redmen Fire Protection is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Fire Protection to lead our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fire protection and training services, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality solutions to our valued customers. What you'll be doing Provide strategic leadership and direction for the fire protection business, aligning operations with the overall company vision and objectives. Manage and develop a team of fire protection experts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Oversee the delivery of fire protection services, including installation, maintenance, and emergency response. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both in the Sydney and Central Coast markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive operational efficiency. Represent the company at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. What we're looking for Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior leadership role within the fire protection or a related industry. Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth. Strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems, including installation, maintenance, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. A commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards.
