As part of a successful international group, they have numerous projects lined up for the next five years to ensure their ambitious expansion goals are met.The RoleAn experienced and talented Finance executive is required to partner with the CEO. You will be instrumental in driving the company's ongoing success through strategic financial controllership planning and analysis. This is a critical position, requiring a forward-thinking leader.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with precision.Manage cash flow and optimise working capital.Oversee financial statement preparation and management reporting.Implement strong internal controls to protect company assets.Deliver strategic financial insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team.Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance.Manage financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.Mentor and develop a finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.The Candidate• CPA or CA qualification.• A solid background in senior finance leadership positions.• Experience with projects involving system upgrades, team restructures, and strengthening internal controls.• A strong proficiency in managing multi-currency transactions is essential.• You'll need to have worked in fast-paced, high-transaction industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution and be adept at managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.• Superior analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities are essential, alongside a proven track record of leading and developing teams.The Benefits• Pathway to a CFO role as the business continues to grow.• Be part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).• Opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving company.• This is not just a standard finance role – it's for someone ready to take on fresh challenges and drive growth.• A chance for international travel may be required from time to time.In the first instance please submit your application online to Urszula Lusk.
