We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent General Manager Finance to provide professional financial leadership to the business.
Based in our head office in Balcatta, this role reports to the CEO and liaises regularly with our Board of Directors.
Key responsibilities will include: Being a key member of the executive leadership team and having input to the formation of the strategic direction of the businessLeadership of a team of financial professionalsAlignment of financial management with strategic objectivesManagement of all financial control functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, monthly and annual reportingManagement of financial governance and statutory reporting requirementsFleet managementOversight of commercial arrangements, providing advice to the CEO and Board on the financial implications of proposed and existing commercial contracts.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Tertiary qualifications in commerce or businessCA or CPA qualificationsMinimum 10 years experience in a senior Financial management roleExcellent leadership skillsSound commercial acumen and the ability to make effective decisions based upon accurate and timely analysisThis is a hands-on role, requiring operational expertise in addition to analytical and strategic thinking.
Previous experience working in a not-for-profit environment would be highly regarded but is not essential.
