As part of the leadership team, this pivotal role requires a visionary leader adept at integrating advanced technologies and agile methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency across the company's services.

The role will be responsible for:
Analysing the competitive environment to determine strategic positioning and identify target segments to craft compelling value propositions (product, price, client experience). Overseeing the business P&L to achieve growth and profitability targets. Developing an operating model (people, process, technology) to deliver on these propositions. Ensuring high-level tax advice to clients. Who would the client consider a good fit for this role?
A General Manager with significant experience in professional/financial services, spanning B2B and B2C sectors (accounting, business advisory, banking, insurance, financial planning). Someone with a proven track record in scaling new business models to operational maturity and profitability, managing a portfolio of business lines, and leveraging synergies and shared resources. A deep understanding of tech-driven business models and agile practices is a must. Highly regarded will be a candidate who has run a modern, tech-savvy accounting practice, rather than coming from traditional accounting Big4 consultancies.
