General Manager, Enterprise Risk and ResilienceOur client is a market leading Risk Consultancy in Enterprise Risk Management, Crisis Management and Business Continuity. With its Head Office based in Sydney CBD, this role will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with clients and growing the business. Reporting to a highly supportive CEO, your duties and responsibilities will include:Build and maintain strong customer relationships across varying sectorsSecuring new business development opportunitiesInvolvement in the daily client operationsLead and manage 6 direct reportsLeadership of the strategic direction of the businessManage the financial and operational requirements of the businessP and L ownershipMonthly reporting to the Group CEO and BoardIdeally you will have at least 10 years experience working in an Enterprise Risk Management and Resilience consulting environment, ideally within boutique Risk Consulting firms. You should have demonstrated General Management experience and business development experience, a proactive and positive approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
