The Education team drives accreditation and Continued Professional Development for members on a National basis.
They manage and deliver training and accreditation, building training partnerships that provide world-leading practices.

As part of a collegiate executive leadership team, your role will be to:
Provide the strategic direction for the Education teamPartner and influence stakeholders including board and committeesUnderstand the individual and team drivers to develop your teamEnsure world-class education practices are implementedProvide direction and assist with driving innovation and opportunitiesAnalyse performance and provide direction to ensure program deliveryManage and refine financial performance to agreed measures Your experience could be from the health, membership, or education sector where you have led education-focused growth and delivery programs.
You won't be developing or delivering programs personally; however, you will understand how to develop, interpret, and refine strategies that provide tangible results.
