General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) As part of the Executive Team, this role will provide strategic guidance and leadership across the organisation and will have a responsibility for promoting and embodying Intereach's purpose, vision and values.  The General Manager Customers and Growth will build and lead the growth, customer service and communications functions, to diversify income streams, elevate our brand and optimise outcomes for our customers and communities. The role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong internal and external partnerships, creating and implementing communication and marketing strategies and evaluating our work to ensure high quality services and an excellent customer experience. This is a new role and is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven 'people person' to join our committed and innovative Executive team to play a key role in making an impact on our communities. The successful candidate will hold a Degree (or equivalent) in Management or related discipline (Community Services, Customer Service Management, Business etc) with extensive experience in a Senior Leadership role. If you are an influential leader with proven experience in designing products or services that enhance the customer experience and reflect our values, and you are seeking a position where your ideas and contribution will be valued and respected, then we would love to hear from you.  This is a full time position and can be based in any Intereach Office. This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award with a salary ranging between $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 (depending on experience) + private use of company vehicle or vehicle allowance + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
