They are committed to providing Christ-inspired care and compassion to vulnerable individuals at different stages of their life journey.About the RoleReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and being an integral member of the Senior Leadership team, the General Manager - Commercial and Analytics is responsible for collaborating with the business to deliver financial insights and analyses that inform commercial decision-making. Additionally, the General Manager will mentor the analytics team, drive data-driven strategies and engage with stakeholders. This role will be based in the Head Office at Kenmore.Your duties will include:Partnering with senior management and stakeholders to provide finance systems and modelling aligned with the organisations strategic and operational objectives.Provide leadership in the commercial management of the organisation including forecasting, budgeting and management reporting.Develop and implement advanced analytics models to interpret complex data sets and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of financial insights and business strategies.Work with the relevant Executive to ensure development of a realistic, achievable and agreed group budget where performance meets and/or exceeds budget targets; monitor financial performance; identify and understand financial performance drivers; respond to anomalies; and ensure corrective action is implemented.Develop group operational plans that support the organisational strategic plan; work collaboratively with key stakeholders to achieve objectives and strategies; oversee and approve team business plans.About YouYou will be a CA/CPA qualified with 10 years accounting experience, have demonstrated experience in leading and managing analytics teams and have been involved in finance transformations and business process improvements.Proven leadership and commercial management experience in a multi-cost centre environment, preferably in the aged and community care sector.Be able to demonstrate Christ-inspired leadership; forward the mission and model the values of Churches of Christ in day-to-day work, including in all interactions with members, ministers, staff, and other stakeholders.Please click "Apply" or call Marianne Savas, Divisional Manager on 0413 850 114 for a confidential discussion about this role.
