The Role As General Manager, you will be at the helm of Goros and be responsible for the overall management and performance of the venue. Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including overseeing the daily operations, driving venue profitability, overseeing venue financials, partnering with marketing on new promotions and activations, developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and ensuring the guest experience is memorable each time. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Assistant Manager or General Manager, with a background leading established pubs or entertainment venues, to drive service excellence and to build a solid customer following at Goros.
