We value your unique contribution.CLLIX Apartments and Hotels is seeking a full-time General Manager to join one of our South Brisbane properties. This role will report to the Regional General Manager and will be based in one of South Brisbane Properties.The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the property's operations, ensuring day-to-day productivity, profitability, and management of employees and contractors while maintaining a high level of guest and owner satisfaction. Your role is critical in providing clear leadership and strategic planning across all departments to support service culture and maximize operations and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Include:Manage ongoing profitability of the property, ensuring financial and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.Ensure full compliance with building and hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards.Responsible for compliance with trust accounting legislation and all Australian laws pertaining to the operation.Liaise with owners regarding their properties, ensuring maximum returns and owner satisfaction.Develop and maintain effective relationships with the Body Corporate Committee and Strata Manager, attending Body Corporate meetings as required.Ensure upkeep of Body Corporate common areas as per the Caretaking Agreement specific to the property.Foster a strong workplace culture by motivating, training, and developing staff.Maintain excellent product and service standards.To be successful in this role, you MUST have:Knowledge/experience in strata building management is an advantage.Minimum 2 years previous experience as an Executive Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager within a hotel.Demonstrated exceptional financial and revenue management ability.Confidence in building strong relationships, effectively resolving difficult situations, and implementing solutions that improve service levels and financial results.A commitment to providing an exceptional experience for guests.Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a General Manager?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?What is your salary expectation?
