The Role Our client is seeking a strong General Manager to lead the civil projects team based in Darwin. This role involves managing, training, and mentoring Project Managers, overseeing all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery. You will develop and execute strategic plans to align the construction division with company growth objectives, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and represent the company in key negotiations and events. This position is crucial for guiding the strategic direction and growth of the company's civil infrastructure projects.
