General Manager Brand, Marketing and Digital GrowthThe West Coast Eagles is one of the largest sporting clubs in Australia with over 100,000 members.

Since joining the national competition in 1987, they have achieved four Premierships and participated in three more Grand Finals.

The newly created role of General Manager Brand, Marketing, and Digital Growth will lead and oversee the marketing strategy and execution for the club, driving brand growth, communications and enhancing fan engagement and digital growth.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role involves developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, managing a dynamic communications team, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
This is a critical role that will leverage data-driven insights and industry trends to implement innovative marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence and support strategic goals.
The successful candidate will manage and oversee the marketing, brand, content, production, digital platforms, design and be a key pillar in fan engagement within the club.
This will be in accordance with a well-designed innovative and forward-thinking approved strategic marketing and communication plan.
The role will be responsible for aligning the whole organisation to this plan.
The successful candidate will have the following key competencies:
Minimum of 8 years professional experience in either a significant sponsorship, advertising, media, or marketing role.Experience and knowledge within sports and club membership fields is preferable.Deep understanding of the digital media landscape with a view on future trends.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.Tertiary qualifications or significant work experience in a marketing or business-related discipline is essential.Applications to ****** or by selecting the APPLY button on this ad quoting reference S52701.
