You will lead a talented team of highly skilled professionals and work closely with our Health teams to support the delivery of improved health outcomes to the communities we serve. The right candidate will thrive in this autonomous leadership role.Essential Criteria:Currently holds or has held the regulatory approval of Head of Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance Control (HAAMC), or an approved Continuing Airworthiness Manager, or a Responsible Manager.Holds or previously held an aircraft engineer licence (B1, B2 or C), or have qualification in one of the following fields:Cert IV in aircraft maintenanceDiploma in aviation maintenance managementDiploma in engineering (aeronautical, avionics, mechanical, electrical, electronics)Comprehensive knowledge of the CASA regulations and standards applicable to continuing airworthiness and aircraft maintenance.Capability to develop Continuing Airworthiness and Maintenance Organisation expositions.Skilled in the preparation and presentation of budgets and reports.Strong working knowledge of computer-based maintenance systems.Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.Demonstrated experience in a managerial position.The role can be located in:SydneyDubboBroken HillEmployee Benefits:Generous salary packagingFitness PassportFlexible working arrangementsRelocation assistanceOur Values:Our Values of Reliability, Care, Trust and Safety shape the way we work as individuals, as team members and with the communities we serve.The RFDS (South Eastern Section) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
