Perform a variety of general skilled work including but not limited to basic plumbing, basic HVAC troubleshooting, basic electrical troubleshooting, light bulb changes, light carpentry, basic painting skills and drywall repairs. Staff member will receive service request work to be directed by a supervisor on what tasks are to be accomplished daily. Working hours are typically Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm with occasional overtime as needed to fulfill maintenance requirements or emergency repairs. Staff member will be expected to participate in the Facilities department on call program.
