The Role Underwrite General LiabilityDevelop long term sustainable relationships with brokers through own network, allocated brokers and in conjunction with the State Manager Victoria.Key Responsibilities Underwrite General Liability InsuranceDevelop and build broker relationshipInvestigate exposures and risksParticipate in relevant professional organizations as a representative of the companyEnsure that budget goals are met in terms of revenue and expensesParticipate in goal setting, planning and executive decision-makingThe successful candidate 2-5 years of Insurance industry experience in underwriting and /or brokingExperience marketing and general broker developmentExcellent knowledge of Public and Products LiabilityAbility to negotiate and/or approve insurance quotationsRisk aware but not adverseExcellent communications skillsWant to know more about Berkley Insurance Australia?
