Key Responsibilities: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on construction sites.Perform general site clean-up and maintain a safe working environment.Load and unload materials and equipment.Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or general labour is preferred but not required.Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.Strong work ethic and reliability.Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.A valid driver's license is a plus.
