The HIS General Duties Clerk is responsible for participating in providing an efficient medical record service to St Vincent's Public Hospital by retrieving medical records as required and tracking the movement of records around the hospital in our electronic tracking System (Corepas).
To ensure the medical records are kept neatly in order, prepared correctly and available for patient attendances and/or clinicians providing care to patients.
To work as part of a team providing assistance to all areas of Health Information Services as required.

Previous clerical experience.3.

Demonstrated ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.7.
Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise and distribute work appropriately.8.
Demonstrated experience in data entry and/or record processing.
