We're GPDS, a modern dental practice in Geelong looking for a part-time dentist to join our team. Our practice has been caring for the local community for over 20 years, and we're lucky to have such loyal patients who've been with us through generations. We're pretty proud of being the only Invisalign provider in the area and love using our iTero scanner to make dental visits easier for everyone.
We're a friendly bunch who genuinely care about making our patients feel comfortable while giving them great dental care. In this role, you'll be focused on improving our patients' overall oral health and wellbeing, from regular check-ups to helping nervous patients feel at ease. You'll be working with patients of all ages, providing everything from preventive care to treating more complex dental needs.
What you'll be doing Performing a range of dental treatments, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventative careCosmetics and implants treatment is a plus, but not essentialConducting thorough examinations and developing individualised treatment plans for patientsEducating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative measuresCollaborating with the wider dental team to ensure seamless patient careMaintaining accurate and detailed patient recordsAdhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standardsWhat we're looking for Degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualificationRegistered with the Dental Board of Australia and eligible for general registrationMinimum 3 years' experience as a General Dentist in a clinical settingStrong clinical skills and a patient-centric approach to careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamCommitment to continuous professional development- we'll support you in thisWhat we offer At GPDS Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment to our team members.
