Generalist - In-house (Legal) Part time / Work from home (3 days or 5 mornings) Excellent Remuneration & Benefits including Paid Parental LeaveJoin a dynamic, well established, ASX-listed, national manufacturing and distribution business as General Counsel.  This is a sole legal role reporting to the CFO.

Key Tasks Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including sales and purchase agreements, IT contracts, IP Licences, and finance agreements.Reviewing and negotiating commercial property leases.Providing support on strategic M & A initiatives.Managing commercial litigation.Regulatory advice and support in implementing compliance initiatives.Company secretarial and corporate governance support.Other tasks within the scope of the position.Essential Criteria The successful applicant should possess the following:
Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in corporate/ commercial work gained in a similar in-house role.Proven ability to partner with the business.Excellent communication skills.Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, decision making and negotiation skills.This position is part time but will require the incumbent to sometimes work outside of the normal scope of hours and to travel as and when required by the business.Employment at Capral Our strong values-based culture is a key part of looking after our people.
