Aligned with our strategic goals of client care, MAIB have an opportunity for a Claims Officer to join the team.
The Motor Accidents Insurance Board (MAIB) is a Tasmanian Government Business Enterprise which operates Tasmania's personal injury motor accident insurance scheme.
The MAIB supports people recovering from, or living with injuries which result from motor accidents by providing benefits, rehabilitation, lifetime support and common law rights.
Career opportunity - Claims Officer (Full-time)
Our Claims Officers work in a tight-knit team environment to service and support people injured in motor vehicle accidents.
We treat all clients, who have been injured and need our support with respect, understanding and dignity.
Claims Officers perform a variety of tasks including comprehensive claims management, compliance with legislative requirements, assessment of client eligibility and processing of benefits, supporting clients through their claims journey and management of claim settlement processes.
We have an opportunity for a client-focused individual to join the MAIB as a Claims Officer on a full-time basis, based in our Launceston office.
