Applications are invited from suitably experienced applicants for the following position:General Building Maintenance AssistantPermanent PositionCommencing ASAPThe RoleUtilise your previous maintenance or properties experience working within a dynamic team.
You will perform a range of tasks relating to the routine maintenance and upkeep of the College.
In addition, you will assist with the set up and removal of furniture and equipment for school activities and identify and report maintenance and safety issues.
ResponsibilitiesRoutine maintenance of buildings and grounds;Carrying out carpentry, tiling, painting, welding, repair, and maintenance tasks to buildings;Ensuring the College is maintained and presented to a high standard at all times;Ensure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables and gardening equipment;Other duties as required.About YouTrade qualified within building, electrical, plumbing and/or trade assistance experience is preferred but not essential.Availability to work up to 38 hours a week is preferred.
