Zurich Assure is Zurich's Australian life insurance advice business, committed to helping all who need it find the cover they need to protect everything they live for.As a General Advice Consultant, you will enhance our customer experience by providing exceptional phone-based general advice.
You will help our customers meet their insurance needs, deliver effective general advice solutions, and shape better financial outcomes.Your key responsibilities will include:Providing general advice to customers of Zurich AssureTaking ownership of all customer requests and issues and following through to ensure customer satisfactionAssisting customers with transactional and administrative activities according to their needsManaging written and telephone queries, requests from customers, advisers, and other departments for information on outstanding requirementsUtilising product knowledge to respond to both simple and complex enquiriesMaintaining a high standard of compliance when providing general adviceCollaborating with the team and broader business to share knowledge, information, and ideasDeveloping and maintaining accurate knowledge of legislative & industry changes relating to product groupsIdentifying and managing complaints to ensure timely solutionsIf you are seeking to navigate your career in the Financial Planning sector, this will be the ideal role.
