General Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Executive to join our team. As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies. ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting transactions.Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.Ensure an accurate and timely month-end close by preparing various journal entries and account reconciliations for cash, prepaid, accruals, fixed assets, and inter-company accounts.Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.Analyze bank statements and record their transactions.Manage Petty Cash Accounts & related G.L Entries.Assist with annual audit with external auditors. RequirementsBSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree.1-2 years of proven experience as an Accountant.Experience with general ledger functions.Hands-on experience with accounting software like Dynamics 365.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent knowledge of Excel.Very good in English.
