Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI and automation solutions tailored to client needs.
Build modular, reusable libraries to accelerate the deployment of future projects.
Define and promote best practices and industry standards.
Draft comprehensive solution design documents for client-based implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges within intelligent automation systems.
Stay current on emerging technologies in GenAI and automation, applying insights to enhance client offerings.
Requirements Permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Relevant tertiary qualification (i.e., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar).
1 - 3 years relevant professional experience in a similar position.
Essential Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions and high-level programming using Python, including applications like Vector Search and RAG.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, etc.)
and Microsoft Azure AI Services (Form Recognizer, Custom Vision, OpenAI).
Expertise in modern development tools like GitHub or Azure DevOps.
Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders, design intelligent automation solutions, and create aligned user stories for development teams.
Knowledge of DevOps practices such as CICD and branch management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans.
Desirable Skills & Experience Experience with Azure Integration Services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) or similar technologies such as Python Flask, Node.js.
Proficiency with Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks) and AI tools outside the Azure ecosystem.
Consulting experience, particularly working jointly with top-tier strategy firms, to deliver client outcomes.
Experience with containerized solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and front-end web app development (e.g., React).
Familiarity with other intelligent automation tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Robocorp.
