The Role We're searching for an energetic, people-focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead our vibrant hospitality team. From managing our celebrated bar and restaurant to creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is your chance to make a splash—literally!
What You'll Do: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring every plate and drink wows our guests. Lead, inspire, and grow a passionate team. Collaborate with the kitchen crew to craft menus and specials that keep guests coming back for more. Keep service running like clockwork while maintaining that laid-back Kimberley vibe. Manage stock, budgets, and service standards like a pro. What We're Looking For: A hospitality superstar with a knack for leadership and a flair for creativity. Proven experience managing food and beverage operations (bonus points if it's in remote or resort settings!). A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep the energy up. A love for connecting with people and delivering top-notch customer service. The ability to relocate to our stunning patch of paradise. This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Lake Argyle.
