Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at GCMarine in Arundel, QLD. The Production Manager will oversee the manufacturing process, coordinate with suppliers, manage production schedules, ensure quality control, and drive operational efficiency. Additionally, the Production Manager will work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Experience in Aluminium Fabrication, CNC Machining, and Manufacturing processes Knowledge of Marina Design, Engineering, and Feasibility Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage production teams and collaborate with other departments Problem-solving abilities to address production issues and optimize workflows Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
