Gce Contractors | Civil Project Manager

GCE Contractors are seeking a Civil Project Manager with an engineering background to become part of our business alongside an experienced team.
About the Role: Working closely with the Site Supervisor in the organisation of labour, plant, machinery, equipment and materials to meet the program.
Creating & implementing the construction program.
Working with the client to resolve technical, commercial and scheduling issues.
Reviewing and approving subcontract and supplier invoices and monthly claims.
Ability to manage project expenditure and cash flow.
Ensuring projects are managed on budget, completed on time and delivered to a high quality.
Experience with project programming, cost and quality control, procurement and supplier engagement.
Essential Skills and Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar is desirable - alternatively, extensive Project Management or Engineering experience in the civil industry will be considered.
Minimum 5 years experience on civil infrastructure projects.
Tunnelling experience would be highly advantageous.
Knowledge of drainage, water and sewer.
Delivering self-perform works.
Ability to read drawings and interpret plans.
Programming & Cost Control.
Excellent safety record from previous projects.
