Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
You will:
Service existing candidates and employers. Source new candidates and employers. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships. Maintain the Company database/customer relationship management system (CRM) of all candidate and employer information. Source suitable candidates and brief them on new career opportunities offered by employers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, arranging interviews, reference checking, offer, acceptance and beyond. Provide CV, interview and general career advice. Contribute to the self-development of other team members by sharing information, knowledge and resources. Continually evaluate your own performance and accept constructive feedback to achieve high performance. Ensure the team is kept abreast of candidate, employer and team issues. About You
You must have:
At least 1-2 years experience working in a recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant; Proven track record of achieving targets and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
