Your Day as a Garment Technician – Lingerie & Swimwear: Define, maintain, and uphold all product specifications - Lingerie and/or Swimwear experience is desired.Develop new garment specifications based on trend directions from the buying team.Drive effective and timely fit sessions by providing expert guidance on fit adjustments to achieve the best commercial outcome.Communicate QA comments and specifications to suppliers in line with critical path timelines.Conduct seasonal market reviews and competitive analysis to ensure market relevance and suggest necessary adjustments.Maintain accurate documentation and data within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.Provide technical and quality support to the buying team, ensuring design vision meets practical execution.Undertake in-store quality checks, addressing any issues in collaboration with the QA Manager, Head of Product, Buyers, and Suppliers.Approve or suggest corrective actions for pre-shipment inspections.Ensure all testing requirements are submitted and approved in accordance with Best&Less standards before product shipment.Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers.Manage and resolve store-related product quality queries for the lingerie and swimwear departments promptly.Adapt to evolving business needs by implementing new processes and supporting cross-functional teams where needed. Who You Are: Experienced in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Knowledgeable in garment construction, with a specific focus on lingerie and/or swimwear.Skilled in product testing and quality assurance practices.Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of consumer preferences.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.An effective communicator who can collaborate at all levels.Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.A team player with a down-to-earth attitude, who thrives in a collaborative environment.
