This role involves active engagement in technical product development, quality control, and production while adhering to critical timelines.If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of garment construction, and a passion for ensuring quality and fit, this role is perfect for you!Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate translation of design concepts into production-ready garments.Develop garment measurement specifications and oversee sample evaluations.Organise and attend fit sessions, providing technical expertise.Problem-solve potential production issues and ensure consistent size standards and fit.Communicate with suppliers to address construction and quality adjustments.Maintain in-house brand standard measurements, grades, and quality databases.Work closely with the product manager, design team, and China office to facilitate a seamless workflow from design handover to bulk approval.Support the maintenance of a collaborative and organized workspace.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in fast fashion or womenswear.Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and the production process.Proficient in Excel, Illustrator, and Google Sheets/Docs.Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.Degree or certification in technical design, pattern making, fashion, or a related field (Desirable)If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality garments, we'd love to hear from you!
