Huge opportunities to grow with the business.Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Women's Fashion Technical Developer / Garment Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Women's Fashion Technical Developer / Garment Technician, you will play a key role in bringing our fashion concepts to life by managing the entire product development process. From concept ideation to production, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful creation and delivery of innovative and marketable women's fashion products.Responsibilities:Manage the product development lifecycle, from initial design to final production.Collaborate with design teams to translate creative concepts into viable product ideas.Create detailed Tech Packs for initial proto samples, including measurement specs, fabrics and trim details.Measure samples and complete graded specs for bulk production.Confidently lead fit sessions and give advice on fit and construction, ensuring both fit and quality standards are maintained.Provide clear directional fit comments to factories.Ensure fabric and trims are fit for purpose and meet quality standards.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to overcome any development and production issues which may occur.Qualifications and experience:3+ years of experience in a Garment Tech / Technical developer role.Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction and manufacturing processes.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong negotiation and communication skills.If you are passionate about women's fashion, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of cutting-edge and market-leading fashion products.
