About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team.
In this role, you will carry out general household/commercial garden and lawn maintenance work for our clients across the Bayswater region.
Key Responsibilities: All aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
Provide support to the Team Leader to build positive team relationships that reflect the Aruma values.
Provide support to our supported employees to develop new skills and achieve their employment goals.
Complete tasks in alignment with instructions from Team Leaders.

About you: Background in property maintenance or garden maintenance, lawn and weed identification as well as extensive knowledge of relevant equipment operation.
Experience is desired.
Physical fitness to meet manual handling requirements.
Sound communication and negotiation skills.
Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise work of a small team.
Hold a valid driver's licence.
Must be confident in towing a trailer.
Hold a current NDIS Worker Check or be willing to obtain.
Willing to complete a National Police Check.
