We are looking for a Gardening and Maintenance Attendant for a permanent position in Dubbo. This is a full-time role to look after day-to-day lawn mowing, gardening and maintenance activities across our Retirement Village to ensure the building and grounds are always looking and operating at their absolute best.About the role:This role is a permanent position with 76 hours per fortnight and will be well suited to maintenance personnel familiar with the day-to-day upkeep of building and grounds.Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to: Respond to maintenance requests in an efficient and timely manner.Minor building repair works to building fixtures.Maintenance of gardens, lawns, irrigation, pools and groundsAssist residents with minor maintenance works such as light globes, broken fly screens, minor lock repairs.Setting up and taking down for special functions – such as a Village BBQ or morning teaAssist with safety inspections and light cleaning of community centresOther duties as directed by the Leader What are we looking for?
