Programmed Skilled workforce is seeking 10 x Labourers / Garden Labourers who have a passion for working outdoors and to be part of our clients Grounds maintenance team.
Landscaping experience not required. However, a good attitude and the ability to work as part of the team is essential Monday to Friday Day shift starting between 6:30am or 7am at Various locations
Job Duties: Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering. Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas. Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds. Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment. Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment. About you: Experience is ideal but not essential Willingness to learn and keen attitude - essential Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun. Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
