Are you passionate about gardening and outdoor maintenance? About the role Unique role making a difference located in Ararat as the Gardener Team Coordinator! The Gardener Team Coordinator provides leadership and guidance to the team to provide Gardening and outdoor maintenance services. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a 'best practice' all abilities maintenance program. You will be arranging services for customers and rostering the delivery of services and ensuring high quality delivery. This position is full time reporting to the Green Team – Team Leader, located in the Ararat / Ballarat region. About you You will have demonstrated experience providing support to individuals with a Disability. Along with your disability expertise and excellent customer service, you will have a knowledge and passion for the outdoors, nature and gardening, be experienced in leading a team to achieve outcomes. You will be dealing with a diverse range of stakeholder in this unique role. Requirements: Certificate IV in Disability or other Community Services related qualifications highly recommended. Knowledge and interest in gardening and outdoor maintenance. Excellent team leadership skills ability to develop and upskill staff. Outstanding Customer Service and problem-solving skills. Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain.
