Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves to keep things running smoothly? As a Maintenance Officer at BaptistCare, you'll be the go-to person for all things maintenance, ensuring our facilities are top-notch and our clients are happy. You'll work under limited supervision, tackling a variety of tasks that keep our site in tip-top shape, with a special focus on maintaining our beautiful gardens and lawns.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to): Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on buildings, plant and equipment, gardens, lawns, and carparks.Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance tasks.Maintain asset acquisition and disposals in Maintenance Connection.Manage site vehicles and loading dock areas.Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Site Manager on budget planning and asset management.Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and contractors.Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and BaptistCare policies.Why Join Us?
