To be eligible to join our team, you must meet the following requirements: Experience in gardening in private residences, estates, or care facilities is preferred. NDIS Worker Check (Valid for 5 years) MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT TO COMPLETE GARDENING TASKS Hold a valid Driver's License and have access to a clean and roadworthy vehicle. Excellent communication skills - Must be fluent in written and verbal English. Proficiency in gardening techniques and knowledge of plant care. Familiarity with gardening products and equipment and their appropriate usage. Physically fit for the tasks involved. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Effective time management skills.
