About the roleWe are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time & Permanent Part-Time Gardeners to join our gardening team at The Comiskey Group. These positions offer the opportunity to work at the Eatons Hill Hotel, maintaining the grounds and gardens of the award-winning hotel. These positions will also form part of a team that will maintain the gardens of venues in Dakabin and Burpengary.
What you'll be doing Performing general gardening duties such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and mulching.Caring for a variety of plants, shrubs, and trees to ensure their health and appearance.Preparing and maintaining garden beds, including planting and transplanting.Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and tools.Providing excellent customer service and communicating with clients.Adhering to safety protocols and procedures.What we're looking for Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar landscaping role.Knowledge of various plants, their care, and seasonal requirements.Proficiency in the use of gardening tools and equipment.Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform physical work.A friendly, customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.What we offerAt The Comiskey Group, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
