CREST Education comprises two independent, coeducational schools with over 2,200 students, an Equestrian Centre, and an Environmental Reserve at Clyde North. Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels. Rivercrest Christian College is an authorised International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP) World School.
CREST Education has an exciting new opportunity, commencing immediately, as a Grounds person in the Property Services Department servicing both Colleges.
The successful candidate will have: Practical involvement with all aspects of maintaining existing gardens, lawns, and grounds.Capacity to assist the Property Manager and Property Team in various general property maintenance duties.Certificate III in Parks and Gardens highly regarded, but not essential.Sound knowledge of all standard maintenance machinery.Knowledge of plant and weed identification will be highly regarded.Accreditation and experience with chemical and fertiliser application will be highly regarded, or willingness to undertake accreditation.The necessary energy, fitness, and coordination to participate in practical work.The ability to be a positive Christian role model for young people.Applicants must be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to the Christian ethos of CREST Education.
