Work grounds maintenance (gardening and mowing) predominantly on Coles Service Stations across the northern and western suburbs A WPCG accreditation is required to work on petrol sites - we can facilitate this training at the company's cost.
Vehicle will be provided for work use only This full-time position offers 38 hours per week, a competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits.

Responsibilities Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
