We are seeking a enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming/Tab/Bottle Shop Attendant to join our team at The Castle Tavern in Edwardstown, SA 5039. Several casual roles available with opportunities for career progression and development within our growing hospitality business.
What you'll be doing Providing excellent customer service to patrons at our gaming, tab and bottle shop facilitiesAccurately processing transactions and handling cash in a responsible mannerMaintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the gaming, tab and bottle shop areasMonitoring gaming machines and assisting customers with basic troubleshootingRestocking and rotating bottle shop inventory as requiredPerforming other general hospitality duties as requiredWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a similar customer service or hospitality roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong numeracy skills and attention to detailFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekendsResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification requiredGaming license or willingness to obtainWhat we offer
