Gaming Systems Sales Operations Specialist Apply remote type: Onsite locations: Las Vegas, NV, US time type: Full time posted on: Posted Yesterday job requisition id: R0017088 Seeking a smart, ambitious Sales Operations Specialist who is a versatile multi-tasker with a willingness to learn. The primary focus of this position is to partner with the sales team (local and remote) and maintain clean account data, increasing sales efficiency and developing new business processes. This is a cross-functional role where you will work with our sales, finance, operations (both manufacturing and technical services), credit, legal and supply chain teams. We are seeking a team member with a passion for working with others in a dynamic environment, someone who is a problem solver with strong communications skills, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to accomplish the shared goals of the division. The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating the execution of the sales process by working with commercial teams to ensure efficient operations of the entire quote-to-cash process. What You'll Do End-to-end management of sales operations; including but not limited to account and opportunity management, validating opportunities and quotes, customer engagement, and internal alignment.Overall responsibility for quotes, contracts, SOWs while ensuring all documentation is compliant with revenue and company policy; ability to review customer accounts to understand overall customer status and provide data regarding the accounts.Audit and validate opportunities for sales and services forecasting by proactively managing existing opportunities in Salesforce.Work inside Salesforce to provide the field organization with territory updates, quoting support, data questions, reporting/dashboards, order management, and approval submissions.Sales order entry into Microsoft D365 ERP System, ensuring accuracy and process alignment.Support the software request engagement, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software and software upgrades to meet customer expectations.Proactively solve sales process pain points, delivering on time requirements.Motivated to achieve outstanding results for our customers with a strong focus on Operational Excellence.High degree of attention to detail with advanced computer skills specifically Microsoft Office suite.Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving; strong customer service skills and excellent time management.Ability to excel in fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to the deadlines where adaptability is imperative.Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple projects and tasks.Communicate clearly with critical thinking skills: both verbal and written with a professional demeanor.
