We are looking for an experienced Casual Gaming Supervisor to join the PLG team at Steeples in Mornington . You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations, ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Steeples is a dining and entertainment complex situated next to the Mornington Racecourse.
Featuring modern facilities including a family friendly bistro, a designated kids play area and an alfresco deck; there are dining experiences for all to enjoy. Along with an extensive modern menu with daily specials, Steeples caters to both children and adults alike.

What will my duties include? Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, customer service, lighting and ambiance. Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality. Ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements are always being met. Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high performance standards. Assist when required with the management team in the further development of the gaming room. What we are looking for: Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA). Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG). Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence. Food Handlers Certificate. TAB Compliance. Previous experience in a similar role. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed .
