The Role:
Step into a key leadership position as Gaming Supervisor, where you'll oversee and manage our gaming floor, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and manage gaming operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across our gaming floors.
Motivate, mentor, and develop a team of gaming attendants and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a memorable time in our gaming venues.
Oversee gaming floor operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Ensure all gaming activities meet legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe, fair, and secure environment for both staff and guests.

Mandatory Qualifications:


RMLV Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
Approved Manager's License Necessary for managing licensed areas, including gaming zones.
RSA Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
RSG Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
CLO Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed gaming environment.
Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them before commencing.

A proven leader with experience in gaming or hospitality management.
A team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.
